FY10 Hoquiam Horn Spur Railroad Track Improvement Project, WA

The Grantee will replace or cause to be replaced, the southern mid-river draw rest of the Hoquiam River Bridge with a draw dolphin in order to maintain rail access to businesses and industrial parcels located west of the Hoquiam River and along the Hoquiam Horn Spur.
