Coordination of the Regional Friends Groups Workshop

The purpose of the agreement is to provide financial assistance to facilitate the coordination of the Regional Friends Groups Workshop with the objective of achieving an increase in public outreach, especially on those stations with no visitor services staff.

The Service has the responsibility

credit:


to provide wildlife –oriented recreational opportunities on Service lands.

Friends Groups often develop and implement recreational facilities and outreach programs to educate the public about the Service, our mission, and about the resources.

Additional funding is based on the availability of funds.
