Outreach Education and Interpretation Program

The National Park Service, Lake Mead National Recreation Area intends to award a cooperative agreement (task) to the Great Basin Institute/Nevada Conservation Corps to participate collaboratively with the implementation of interpretation and education programs for the Lake Mead National Recreation Area


and/or for the Southern Nevada Agency Partnership (SNAP) Conservation Education Action Plan.

SNAP is a consortium of the four (4) federal public land agencies in Southern Nevada.

These agencies are:
National Park Service, U. S. Fish and Wildlife Service, U. S. Forest Service, and the Bureau of Land Management.
