This announcement is to provide public notice of the National Park Service’s intention to fund the following project activities without full and open competition:
Engage hearing-impaired and deaf youth participants at North Cascades National Park Service Complex and San Juan Island National Historical


Park, both in Washington state, in hands-on service opportunities, outdoor skills development, and leadership training.
