The Tribal Civil and Criminal Legal Assistance (TCCLA) Program provides civil and criminal legal assistance to low-income individuals, Indian tribes, and tribal justice systems to support the development and enhancement of tribal justice systems and access to those systems.

Additional Information of Eligibility:For Categories 1 and 2: Eligible applicants are nonprofit entities as defined by 26 U.S.C.§501(c)(3) which provide legal assistance services for Indian tribes, tribal justice systems, or members of Indian tribes pursuant to federal poverty guidelines.
