BJA FY24 Tribal Civil and Criminal Legal Assistance Training and Technical Assistance Solicitation

With this solicitation, BJA seeks applications for training and technical assistance funding to strengthen and improve the representation of indigent defendants in criminal and indigent respondents in civil cause of action under jurisdiction of Indian tribes.

The overall goal is to enhance the
