PARTNERING FOR PRESERVATION TECHNOLOGY 2015

The objective of Partnering for Preservation Technology is to carry out, in part, the directives of Congress enumerated in Section 305302 (b) & (c) of the National Historic Preservation Act (54 U.S.C.

3053) which are to:
Develop and distribute preservation and conservation skills and technologies


for the identification, evaluation, conservation, and interpretation of prehistoric and historic resources; Develop and facilitate training for Federal, State, and local resource preservation professionals, cultural resource managers, maintenance personnel and others working in the preservation field;
