Limited Competition for the Continuation of the SEARCH for Diabetes in Youth Cohort Study (UC4)

The purpose of this Funding Opportunity Announcement (FOA) is to continue the SEARCH for Diabetes in Youth Study.

The overarching goal of SEARCH is to provide population-based data on the incidence and prevalence of diabetes and its complications in U. S. youth.

SEARCH has recruited a cohort

credit:


of youth with diabetes who have been followed longitudinally.

The purpose of this FOA is to continue follow-up of the SEARCH cohort to understand the clinical course of youth-onset diabetes, including the incidence of acute and chronic complications, including mortality, and processes of care and quality of life.
