The technical assistance award will be used for obtaining the services of a consultant to develop a five-year strategic plan that would include an asses sment of current services and products, and analysis of the market for and plan the expansion of current and new financial products, and the development a capitalization plan. It will also be used for staff and board training and the acquisition of technology.
