Community Equity Investments, Inc. (CEII) is a small business lender that has served Pensacola and the surrounding areas of northwest Florida since 1974. Recently it has expanded its activities into southern Alabama. Its services include microloans and gap financing for both rural and urban small businesses affordable housing development home ownership and credit counseling.
