Renaissance Community Fund (RCF) was formed in March 2001 to provide equity financing to women led firms and firms that create jobs for low-income persons in Boston, Eastern Massachusetts and the Providence, Rhode Island area.

The Fund"s financial assistance award will help augment early capitalization of RCF. The Fund"s technical assistance award will be used to establish underwriting policies and procedures, finalize a market analysis and modify elements of its business plan.
