The Grand Traverse Band of Ottawa and Chippewa Indians is a sponsoring entity. The Tribe proposes to offer training and counseling to new and expanding small businesses within a six-county Target Market in the Northwest of Michigan’s Lower Peninsula. It will use its FY09 Technical Assistance grant for: 1) staff salary and benefits; 2) travel for staff to be trained; and 3) professional serivces.
