Universal Capital Investment Fund is a start-up affiliated with a multi-faceted economic development corporation. UCIF was created as a loan fund entity to provide financing resources for start-up and emerging businesses that promote economic development and community rebuilding, especially small businesses that have limited access to, and have been under-served by, traditional financial markets.
