American Street Financial Services Center (ASFSC) of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, is a non-profit community development loan fund incorporated in 1996. ASFSCa€™s mission is to reduce capital-related barriers to entrepreneurs and priming positive cycles of business and job creation in the economically distressed communities of Eastern North Philadelphia.
