The Allocatee will utilize its NMTC allocation to offer commercial and real estate loans and financial counseling to qualified businesses located within low-income communities operating in its identified service area. The Allocatee believes the NMTC Program will allow it to offer more favorable terms and conditions for its loan products to meet the specific needs of the borrowers of its service area.
